Central City Colorado Campgrounds / RV Parks
When the gambling bug bites, there's only one (possibly two) places in Colorado to go and soothe the savage beast; Central City. Located a short trip from Denver along I-70, Central City has more to offer than a taste of Vegas. Hiking, biking, scenic drives into the hills and of course, RV parks and campgrounds to lay your head in when the sun goes down.
Facilities vary from full hookups and drive throughs to rustic tent sites and everything in between, many offering pools, showers or elevated amenities. Always check with the park to find out what they offer, when in doubt. Don't have a tent or RV? No problem. Some of the campgrounds have camping cabins, or you can rent a camper or motorhome on site. There is one thing common among all of the options: there is no extra charge for the views!
